This Program goes beyond a simple one-day workshop. For many, it has been the springboard to personal enrichment and a path of continued growth, turning the skills acquired into indispensable life skills.
The participant negotiation profile assessment, conducted upon request, provides personalized feedback on which to build for the future, identifying areas of high and low confidence. This profile serves as a basis for our coaches to develop a personalized development plan for each participant.
After the workshop, participants will use their Personal Development Plan to continuously improve their skills, taking advantage of the "Scotwork Toolbox," an updated digital ecosystem of tools and content, including the Negotiation Preparation Tool, that enriches their training.
